Brian is a commercially focused project manager and trainer with extensive experience and strong client and stakeholder management expertise. Over the past 20 years, Brian has successfully managed over 250 projects incorporating relocation and change, infrastructure, BPI and financial records.

Brian brings the wisdom of his project management experience to the consultation process. He focuses on implementing the principles of goal-setting, defined processes and realistic objectives in-keeping with global good practice project management methodologies.

In addition to his extensive experience, Brian is a certified project manager and holds the highly coveted Project Management Professional (PMP)^® credential awarded through the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI). Brian is also a Prince2^® certified trainer
