What time does the course start?

All open courses start at 9.30am and finish at 5pm with the exception of PMP and CAPM courses which start at 9am and finish at 5.30pm.

What is the dress code?

Smart-casual.

What do I need to bring with me?

All refreshments and work materials are provided and included in the course fee. However, please feel free to bring along any documentation you may think is relevant, ie. sample reports for a report writing course or a presentation you have been working on if attending a presentation skills course.

How do I get to the training venue?

You will be sent directions to the training venue when your course booking is confirmed by one of our Customer Service Team.

I will need overnight accommodation. How can I find details of local B&Bs and hotels?

Our Customer Service Team have details of accommodation in the local area and can forward these on to you if requested.

What if the dates of the course I want to attend are not suitable?

We regularly run our open courses during the year at various venues throughout Ireland and in the UK. Contact one of our Customer Service Team who will be happy to advise you of future dates.
