Free Courses for those on Jobseekers Allowance

If you are currently claiming jobseekers allowance, you may be entitled to full funding for one of our QQI (formerly FETAC) accredited courses. Funding, which was previously allocated by FAS is now awarded by the Department of Social Protection.

• Lean Manufacturing Tools - QQI Level 5
• Project Management Professional (PMP)^®

How It Works: A 3-Step Guide

• Step 1: Contact Professional Development on Freephone 1800 910 810.
  We will talk to you about the best course options for you, and give you the information you will need to get started.
• Step 2: Contact your Local Employment Service Office to enquire about funding for an upcoming course.
  
  It helps to be prepared with course information and a quotation before you contact your Local Employment Service Office. We will make sure that you have everything you need.
• Step 3: Each application is considered on a case-by-case basis. If your LES officer advises you that you have been approved for funding, contact us and we will be happy to book your place!

NOTE: Each application is considered individually and the course must support your return to work Action Plan.
