How is this course delivered?
This programme is 15 days in total, delivered in 3 x 4 day modules and 1 x 3 day module over a period of 4 months. A combination of theoretical and active learning is provided to give you well-rounded training in Black Belt skills, along with exam preparation. The practical aspects of your learning will include interactive activities, Sigma XL software exercises and application of tools to your project. We also provide sample exam questions for each module.
