All you’ll need is a good internet connection (home connections are usually fine) and computer, tablet, or smartphone with a web-camera, speakers, and microphone.
Our ITIL courses are delivered by trainers with a background in IT and years of experience with the ITIL syllabus and exams.
We offer in-house (also called “in-company” and “on-site”) training for all of our courses.
With in-house training, we will deliver a live virtual course to your team or a group of participants from your business on a date that suits your calendar best.

There are 3 steps to getting ITIL Foundation certified:
1. Complete Training
Attend our 3-day live virtual ITIL Foundation Course or complete our self-led, online course.2. Further study
The study period varies from student to student, but it’s good to allow time after you have completed the course for further study and exam preparation.3. Online Exam
Once you are ready, schedule your online, proctored exam. This exam is 60 minutes, with 40 multiple-choice questions. You’ll need to answer 26 (65%) correctly to pass.
Your ITIL Foundation certification will remain valid for 3 years. Within this time, you will need to renew your certification by either resitting the exam, collecting and logging professional development points with PeopleCert, or achieving another PeopleCert qualification.
