How long does it take to become a Six Sigma Black Belt?

How is this course delivered?
This programme is 15 days in total, delivered in 3 x 4 day modules and 1 x 3 day module over a period of 4 months. A combination of theoretical and active learning is provided to give you well-rounded training in Black Belt skills, along with exam preparation. The practical aspects of your learning will include interactive activities, Sigma XL software exercises and application of tools to your project. We also provide sample exam questions for each module.

What certification will I receive?
When you successfully complete training and project work, you will receive a Professional Development Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate. Further study and passing your IASSC exam, will earn an IASSC certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner.

IASSC, or the International Association for Six Sigma Certification are a globally recognised certifying body for awarding certification in six sigma and promoting standards of excellence in all credential holders.
