  • Let us know, either when booking or during the first 2 days of training that you would like to achieve a certification.
  • There is an additional cost for progressing to certification. Your Professional Development contact can advise you about this when booking.
  • Complete the additional Day 3 of training immediately following the 2 days of this course.
  • Day 3 covers key people management skills, such as coaching your team, workplace legislation, and understanding values, culture, and attitudes.
  • To achieve the QQI Managing People certification, you will need to complete and submit assessment work in the 8 weeks following training.
  • During Day 3, you will also begin to prepare for your assessment work. We provide you with a detailed assessment brief to support your assignments.

This 2-day management course is a practical course with no certification. We do offer the option to get certified for anyone who attends this course.

To progress to certification, you attend a third training day immediately following the first 2 days of training. You will then need to complete assessment work and further self-directed learning in the 8 weeks following training.
