The core management skills covered are useful as new learning, a refresher course, or simply as a fresh perspective.

Successfully completing this course and its assessments renders you eligible for a QQI Level 6 Certificate in Managing People.

This course is a minor award, at Level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) and gives you 15 credits.

Achieving this certification requires assessment work rather than an exam. You will have 8 weeks following training to complete and submit your assessment work.

There are 3 parts to your assessment work: a project, a written assignment, and a learner record.

We will provide you with a detailed assessment brief that guides you through the requirements for each part.

Here is a breakdown of the certification process from start to finish:

  • Step 1: Attend our QQI Certified Managing People Course (3 days).
  • Step 2: Assessment Work + Self-Directed Learning (8 weeks).
  • Step 3: Grading Process and Certification (1 – 3 months).
