As this course runs alongside our 3-day, QQI Managing People Course, we can offer all New Manager Training delegates the option for certification. Here’s how it works:

  • Let Us Know

    If you would like to get certified, let us know either when you make your initial booking or during the first 2 days of training. There is an additional cost for certification. Your trainer or Professional Development contact can let you know how this works.
  • Additional Training Day

    Immediately following Days 1 and 2 of this course, you’ll attend Day 3. This day covers key skills such as coaching your team, and understanding legislation, culture, and attitudes.
  • Assessment Work

    In the 8 weeks following training, you will complete and submit the associated assessment work required to achieve the QQI Level 6 certification in Managing People. We provide you with guidance and a detailed assessment brief to support you in this process.
